 Where is my order? How do I track it?

When you complete your order, you will receive an order confirmation email listing your clothing wholesale plus size, ladies, or juniors items. We usually ship out most orders on the same business day and we send a shipping confirmation email along with the shipment tracking number. You can trace your shipment at MY ACCOUNT link on our website or carrier's website. Some orders may delay for billing verification. If you still see your order status is "pending" at MY ACCOUNT after 3 business days, please contact us.


 Do you ship to an address outside of United States?

Yes, we ship clothing wholesale orders internationally.  


  Can I pay by check or money order?

We accept major credit or debit cards and PayPal only for online ordering but we also accept personal checks or money orders for store credit only. Please contact us for details.


 Do you ship COD?

Sorry, we do not ship COD.


 I've got my order but one item is missing. Are they backordered?

In our system, only in-stock clothing wholesale juniors, misses, and womens items can be checked out. If your items are missing, that is because there may have been a miscalculation of inventory. We do not invoice for the shortages.


 I've got wrong item. Can I exchange it?

If you get the wrong items of apparel or wholesale items that are defective, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of merchandise and we will take care of the matter.


 Do I have to pay sales tax?  

If your billing address is California, you must provide Seller's Permit number in order to avoid to pay 8.25% sales tax.


 I want to resell your items on Ebay. May I use your photo images?

Sure, you may use it and you will make a good profit reselling our stylish urban wholesale clothes


 Do you have a printed catalog? Do you offer drop shipping?

Sorry, but we do not have any printed catalogs and do not offer drop shipping service because our inventory is changing constantly.
