RETURNING INFO
If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a full refund. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please send email to main@redtagclothing.com within 7 days of receipt of goods. Except for International orders, we will email you a UPS return label.

Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 10% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
Refunds/Store CreditAuthorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as we get the returns from you. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.
Please allow us 7-17 days from the return shipped date to process your refund, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Shipping Charges
All shipping charges will be at customer's cost. If the return is due to our error/mistake or because of damage items, please contact us at 1-213-489-9393 and we will issue you a return label.
