    If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a full refund. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. Packages returned after 30 days are non-refundable. To receive an authorization number, please send email to within 3 days of receipt of goods.

    In order to process a return, a phone call has to be made to our office or send us an email at, the email must contain the following:

    Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 10% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges. Return authorizations obtained after 3-day policy will also be charged of the restocking fee.

    Discount and Promotions
    The refund value of items returned will be deducted to reflect the amount of the discount.

    All items on SALE are final. Final sale items cannot be returned for credit or exchanged.

    Refunds/Store Credit
    Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as we get the returns from you. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.

    Please allow us 4-7 days from the return shipped date to process your refund, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

    Shipping Charges
