Do you do exchange?
  Sorry, we do not do exchanges.
Do you have a showroom?
  No, we do not have any showroom. But you may come and check the merchandise before purchasing,  but make sure you have the list with you  to avoid any hassle. Also bring your seller's or business license to avoid tax.
How long can you keep my unpaid order?
  Your order will be kept no longer than 4 days.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping cost is automatically calculated for you prior to submitting your payment information. Merely add item(s) to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I'm a first time customer, what is my requirement?
  We do not need any requirement as long as you provide us with same shipping and billing information and a valid email address, if not, you will be asked for further information to fight off any fraudulent transaction. Please note that we do not ship to PO Box
The color and style is slightly different as what you advertised on your website.
  Colors/Styles slightly vary as shown. Natural colors/styles cannot be exactly reproduced digitally.
How do I order from you?

Our web-based system is a quick and easy way to order items right to your doorsteps. It's fun and confidential. After you have placed an order with us, we will send a confirmation letter to your e-mail address regarding the order you have placed with us. 2) You also can order by phone. Do you offer drop shipping?
  Sorry, we do not offer drop shipping service due to prompt changing inventory.
How do I navigate the site?
  To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the left and bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours after the order is placed completely.
How do I get and use a discount coupon?
  We email monthly discount coupon code to our all registered customers on the first week of the month and you just can simply enter the code at your shopping cart section as many times as you would like.
Is there any minimum order amount?
  No, there is no minimum order amount but all items are sold in prepackages from the manufacturer. Therefore,we cannot break the color, sizes, bundle to accommodate a request.
What is your return policy?

Can I use your item photo images for my online store?
  Yes, you may use our photo images for your online store upon purchase.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
  No, you don't have to. That's because all our sales are for resellers. All resellers must collect applicable sales tax from their customers.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
